Dear Mrs. Diana Wynne Jones,
I have to thank you for giving the world such wonderful books. Your stories allow me to escape from reality for a few hours to a place where houses can move, fires can talk, something called DRYING POWER exists, and so much more. Your language, mastery of imagery, and hysterical characters have entertained me for years and always manage to put a smile on my face and transport me to the world of your imagination. I’ve only read one of your series, I’m sure you know which one it is, but I plan on expanding my library soon! I am so sorry you had to leave us when you did; thank you again for bringing some extra magic into the lives of readers everywhere!
